As part of Littlewoods Ireland’s Camogie League sponsorship they commissioned a piece of research that showed that shockingly, 89% of the Irish Public could not name a single Camogie player. On the back of this, we were tasked with using social media content to help change this.
To do this we created a series of engaging Tik Toks and Reels that appealed to a younger generation and resulted in widespread engagement across the league season.
We also produced a short video from the league final which showed that although a large portion of the population could not name a player, there was also a sizeable portion for whom these players are their heroes.
