Dublin City Sport & Wellbeing Partnership and FUTURE PROOF MEDIA partnered together for the Promotional Campaign for Dublin Sportsfest 2019.
To achieve this we used the #ThisIsMyDublin concept which leveraged the following services:
Dublin, like all cities is far from perfect but it is our city and we love it for many reasons.
The #ThisIsMyDublin campaign highlighted what makes Dublin so special to all who live here and showcased the great work of the Dublin City Sport & Wellbeing Partnership.
Everyone has their own personal experience of Dublin and we intend to embrace our differences & unite.
#ThisIsMyDublin acted as the vehicle to build an enthusiastic community who want to partake in Sportsfest 2019.
The entire campaign was centred around ordinary people doing extraordinary things within the community of Dublin City while highlighting & embracing the diversity in everyone’s personal experiences of life in Dublin City.
The rollout strategy focussed on 8 diverse, standalone stories producing a 10-part video series, still image photography, written editorial content that we amplified through Public Relations, Social Media & Out of Home Advertising.
All throughout the campaign, high-impact imagery was captured of the respective local heroes, high-profile sporting ambassadors & the events of Sportsfest to produce a suite of photographic content that can be leveraged long into the future.

We coordinated one-to-one interviews with one of Ireland’s leading journalists where the intention was to produce a library of editorial content that conveyed the message behind #ThisIsMyDublin.
A microsite was then built to host these detailed discussions, the content produced included:
During the week of Sportsfest we travelled around to the events each day in order to capture & showcase the vast amount of activity going on across the city
We attended every flagship event, while also attending the standout partner, co-funded & centre activities.
The intention was to ensure that the diversity in sports, the attendees & the locations was showcased to the public throughout the week
